Nevada Medicaid has added a new BCCP Tier Level Details section to the Provider Web Portal and 271 eligibility responses, effective July 20, 2026. Providers can now view member BCCP tier assignments (Tier 1, 2, or 3) along with effective and end dates in the Coverage Details section. By July 20, 2026: Billing and eligibility verification staff should familiarize themselves with the new BCCP Tier Level Details display in the Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal Coverage Details section and in 271 responses. No system changes are required as this is view-only information. Staff should understand the three tier descriptions (Tier I: Minimal intervention, Tier II: Moderate/frequent intervention, Tier III: Extreme/intensive intervention) to contextualize member behavioral complexity during eligibility checks. This change is informational only and does not affect billing processes, claim submission, or prior authorization workflows.
