Summary

Effective August 24, 2026, Texas Medicaid providers must transition to a new unified login system called TMHP IAMOnline for accessing multiple portals including Long-term Care Online Portal, LTC Dashboard, Electronic Visit Verification Portal, and Care Forms. All providers, including those already using IAMOnline for STEPS cost reports, must activate their TMHP IAMOnline account and register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to maintain access to these applications.

Action Required

Before Aug 24, 2026
By August 24, 2026: All billing and administrative staff who access TMHP portals must activate their TMHP IAMOnline account and complete MFA registration before the transition deadline. Front office and billing teams should: (1) Inventory which staff members need access to LTCOP, LTC Dashboard, EVV Portal, or Care Forms; (2) Ensure all identified users register for TMHP IAMOnline accounts and MFA; (3) Test new login credentials before August 24 to prevent service disruptions; (4) Update internal documentation and staff training materials with new login procedures. Providers should designate an administrator to manage user access. Failure to complete registration by the effective date will result in loss of access to critical portals needed for claims submission, verification, and long-term care billing.
