Summary
Priority Health is shutting down the legacy prism portal on September 1, 2026, and requires all non-Site Administrator users to register for accounts on the new Provider Portal by that date. Registration opens August 3, 2026, and requires Site Administrator approval. This is an operational/portal access change affecting all providers who interact with Priority Health online.
Action Required
By August 3, 2026: All billing staff and providers currently using prism must request Provider Portal accounts. Before registering, confirm with your organization's Site Administrator that a site has been created for your Type 2 NPI—account requests will be denied without this. Account registration requires your Type 2 NPI and government-issued ID with a device camera and takes less than 10 minutes. Attend optional training on July 27, July 29, August 3, or August 5 at noon to learn the registration process. By September 1, 2026: All billing and provider staff must have completed portal registration and received Site Administrator approval, as prism will be completely shut down and inaccessible after this date. Failure to migrate will result in loss of online access to Priority Health member eligibility checks, claim status, and portal functionality.
