Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma has launched a new post-visit survey program for Medicare Advantage members, conducted by Press Ganey after routine or sick primary care visits. Members will receive surveys via email or mail (maximum once every six months) to evaluate their care experience, and providers should encourage member participation when asked.

No immediate billing system changes required. Front desk and clinical staff should encourage Medicare Advantage members to complete post-visit surveys if members ask about them. Be aware that Press Ganey will automatically send surveys after PCP routine or sick visit claims are processed.
