Billing staff should be aware that: (1) Providers requesting new portal accounts will see 'Request New Account' as the correct menu option until August 3, 2026, when it reverts to 'Request a New Site'; (2) Any billing staff with portal access should select 'Providers, Hospitals and Staff' role (not 'Provider') during identity verification; (3) Staff needing to view remittance advices prior to September 1 should select the new 'Remittance Review' role in the portal under Menu > Settings > Roles and Specialties. For portal-related issues, refer staff to Priority Health tech support at 800.942.4765, option 5, then option 1 (Mon.-Thurs. 8-6; Fri. 9-5).
