Medi-Cal has updated the titles of three Justice-Involved (JI) Reentry Initiative microlearning videos effective July 13, 2026. Providers serving justice-involved populations must register for updated webinar sessions through the Medi-Cal Learning Portal (MLP) to access the renamed training content on pre-release screening services.

By July 31, 2026: Providers and billing staff who participate in the Justice-Involved Reentry Initiative must register for webinar sessions through the Medi-Cal Learning Portal (MLP) at https://mcweb.apps.prd.cammis.medi-cal.ca.gov. Ensure user profiles exist in MLP and access is available via Google Chrome browser. If technical assistance is needed, contact the Telephone Service Center (TSC) at 1-800-541-5555.
