Summary
HealthKeepers, Inc. (Anthem HealthKeepers Plus Medicaid) is establishing a formal Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS) provider relationship management program in Virginia. LTSS care providers will receive outreach from dedicated relationship representatives to schedule periodic in-person or virtual meetings focused on communication, education, issue resolution, and collaboration.
