Action Required
By August 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT: Billing team must halt all web-based system activities including claim submissions, eligibility checks, and prior authorization requests through TMHP portals. Plan alternative workflows for the 24-hour outage window (Saturday 2 p.m. through Sunday 2 p.m. CT). Queue any urgent claims for submission after 2 p.m. Sunday. Staff should be aware that manual workarounds may be necessary during the outage.
