Summary
TMHP has updated training materials for Fee Schedules, TexMedConnect, and Remittance & Status Reports to include TMHP IAMOnline login procedures for the Release 2 transition on July 10, 2026. Billing teams must access updated materials via the LMS and ensure staff have proper IAMOnline credentials to maintain continuity of system access.

Before July 10, 2026: Billing team and all EDI staff must (1) Create LMS user accounts by clicking 'create a new user account' on the LMS home page at https://www.tmhp.com, (2) Review the updated training materials for Fee Schedules, TexMedConnect, and R&S Reports on the LMS, (3) Obtain and test TMHP IAMOnline username and password credentials, and (4) Ensure all staff who access these systems are trained on the new IAMOnline login procedures. For LMS access issues, contact TMHPTrainingSupport@tmhp.com. For technical support, call EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638. Failure to complete training and obtain IAMOnline credentials before the July 10, 2026 transition may result in loss of system access and inability to submit claims, verify eligibility, or receive remittance reports.
