Summary
TMHP will perform scheduled system maintenance on July 9, 2026, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Central time, causing a 10-15 minute outage affecting Provider Check Amount, Fee Schedule, TexMedConnect1 (Acute Care), TexMedConnect2 (Long Term Care), and Remittance and Status reports. Billing teams must plan accordingly to avoid disruptions during claims submission and status checks.
Action Required
By July 9, 2026: Billing team must avoid submitting claims, checking fee schedules, or accessing TexMedConnect1/2 and Remittance & Status reports between 8:00 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. Central time. Plan claim submissions for earlier in the day or after 10:15 p.m. Notify providers of the outage window.
