Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois will conduct an annual Behavioral Health Provider Satisfaction Survey in August 2026 via Press Ganey. Selected behavioral health providers will be contacted via email and/or mail to complete the survey online or via printed form. This is an informational notice with no impact on billing operations or claims processing.

No action required for the billing team. This is an informational announcement about a voluntary satisfaction survey. Providers or office managers may receive survey invitations in August 2026 and can choose to participate. If questions arise, contact Rehka Iyengar or Brooke Rowney-Perez. This does not affect claims, billing codes, prior authorization, or reimbursement processes.
