Summary
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas will conduct an annual Behavioral Health Provider Satisfaction Survey in August 2026 via Press Ganey. Selected behavioral health providers will receive survey invitations by email and/or mail and are requested to complete and return the survey. This is an informational announcement about a satisfaction measurement initiative, not a billing or coverage policy change.
