Summary

Effective August 24, 2026, all Texas Medicaid providers must transition to TMHP IAMOnline as the single login portal for accessing TMHP applications including Long-term Care Online Portal, EVV Portal, and Care Forms. Providers must activate accounts by July 14 or August 25, 2026 (within 7 days of receiving activation emails), set up multi-factor authentication, and maintain account activity by logging in and changing passwords every 90 days or face deactivation.

Action Required

Before Aug 24, 2026
By July 14, 2026: All providers must activate their TMHP IAMOnline account within 7 days of receiving the July 7 activation email. By August 25, 2026: All providers must complete activation within 7 days of receiving the August 18 activation email. Required actions: (1) Billing team and all provider staff who access TMHP applications must follow activation instructions in emails, set a password, and register for multi-factor authentication (MFA) in TMHP IAMOnline; (2) Download Okta Verify or Google Authenticator on primary mobile devices if using optional app-based MFA; (3) Mark calendars for 90-day password change and application access requirements—set reminders at 80, 85, and 89 days of inactivity; (4) Establish internal process to ensure at least one staff member logs into each transitioned application (LTCOP, LTC Dashboard, EVV Portal, Care Forms) every 90 days to maintain active status. Consequences of inaction: Accounts inactive for 90+ days will be deactivated, blocking access to critical Medicaid submission and verification portals. Contact EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638 for account reactivation or to request email resend if deadline missed.
