Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota will cease administering claims, adjustments, appeals, and call center support for the Colorectal Cancer Screening Program effective June 30, 2026. All outstanding claims must be submitted to BCBSND by June 29, 2026, or they will be redirected to a new vendor (Mountain Pacific). After June 30, 2026, all program-related inquiries and claim submissions must go directly to Mountain Pacific.

Immediately update billing workflows and staff to route all Colorectal Cancer Screening Program inquiries, new claims, adjustments, and appeals to Mountain Pacific beginning June 30, 2026. Obtain and distribute Mountain Pacific contact information from https://ndgetscreened.org/providers/ to all billing staff. Update billing system with new vendor information and deactivate BCBSND portal access on June 30, 2026. Notify providers in writing of the transition deadline and new vendor contact details. Failure to submit claims before the cutoff will result in claims being processed by the new vendor with potential delays or processing issues.
