Summary
Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) has published all FFS payment rates and comparative payment rate analyses as required by federal transparency rules (effective July 1, 2026). All billing teams must verify current rates for their service lines on the IHCP Fee Schedules webpage or applicable partner sites (Myers and Stauffer, Optum Rx) to ensure accurate claim submission and reimbursement.
Action Required
By July 1, 2026: Billing team must access and review the IHCP FFS payment rates published at in.gov/medicaid/providers for all applicable service lines (CCBHC, FQHC, inpatient hospital, PRTF, RHC, bundled payments, professional fee schedules). For long-term care providers, rates are on myersandstauffer.com; for pharmacy, check Optum Rx Indiana FFS SMAC list.
