⚠️ CRITICAL: This policy (L34573 - Cardiac Event Detection) is RETIRED as of 6/27/2026 and is no longer in effect. The billing team must immediately cease using this policy for any coverage determinations. This policy should NOT be referenced for new claims or appeals. Verify current cardiac event detection coverage requirements with your current LCD or contact Palmetto GBA for the replacement policy.
