Summary
Blue Cross VT is transitioning from paper check payments to Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) effective October 1, 2026. All providers must enroll in EFT before this date to ensure timely payment receipt. Providers using vouchers (ERA/835) must also register with the Provider Resource Center (PRC) to access vouchers going forward.
Action Required
By October 1, 2026: Billing team and practice management must complete EFT enrollment with PayeeHub by calling (877) 882-0384, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, or using the enrollment link provided on Blue Cross VT website. Additionally, if your practice receives ERA/835 vouchers, register with the Provider Resource Center (PRC) immediately to ensure access to electronic vouchers after the paper check transition.
