Update provider directories and billing system PCP designation records in BCBS RI system. Front desk and referral staff should review updated PCP lists to ensure correct routing of member referrals and coordination of care. Verify that prior authorization and referral processes align with new access standards. Failure to update PCP credentials may result in claim denials or member access issues.
