Action Required
By August 3, 2024: Billing team and all provider staff who need portal access must register for and attend the Provider Portal training webinar (July 27, 29, August 3, or 5). Site Administrators must verify that your organization's site has been created on the new portal immediately—each practice/hospital with a distinct Type 2 NPI requires a site before user accounts can be provisioned. Complete account registration on August 3 before Prism is retired on September 1. Failure to migrate to the new portal will result in loss of portal access on the portal launch date.
