Summary
TMHP has updated field names in the Financial Supplement Vendor Specifications LTC companion guide. Two warrant-related fields on page 8 have been renamed: 'Warrant/Direct Deposit Number' is now 'Warrant Number' and 'Warrant/Direct Deposit Date' is now 'Warrant Issue Date.' Billing teams must update systems, templates, and documentation to use the new field names when processing Long-Term Care financial supplements.

Immediately: Billing team must download the updated Financial Supplement Vendor Specifications LTC companion guide from TMHP's EDI web page (Long-Term Care Companion Guides section). Update all billing system field mappings, vendor submission templates, and internal documentation to use the new field names: 'Warrant Number' (formerly 'Warrant/Direct Deposit Number') and 'Warrant Issue Date' (formerly 'Warrant/Direct Deposit Date').
