Summary
Beginning June 29, 2026, Provider Organization Administrators can opt into a paperless option for Notice of Action-Provider Copy letters through the Provider Portal. Organizations selecting this feature will no longer receive mailed copies and instead access letters via the Provider Portal Correspondence Center. This is an optional administrative feature with no impact on billing codes or clinical operations.
Action Required
By June 29, 2026: Organization Administrators should review the 'Manage Organization, Go Paperless' feature in the Provider Portal and decide whether to opt into paperless Notice of Action letters. If selecting paperless, designate staff to monitor the Provider Portal Correspondence Center for letter retrieval instead of relying on mailed documents. No billing team workflow changes are required unless your organization chooses to go paperless, in which case ensure staff are trained to access letters electronically.
