Summary
The Minnesota Department of Human Services has distributed invitation links for the May 13-14, 2026 Waiver and Alternative Care (AC) Resources and MN-ITS Training. Registered providers will receive two separate email invitations (one per day) sent to their registration email address on May 12, 2026. Providers must use the correct invitation link for each day to join the training sessions.
Action Required
By May 13, 2026: Billing team and participating providers should monitor the email address used during registration for two separate training invitation links from Minnesota DHS. Check spam/junk folders if invitations are not received. Providers planning to attend must use the correct link for each respective day (May 13 and May 14). If invitation links are not received or there are questions about access, contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center at 651-431-2700 or 800-366-5411, option 4. This is informational for staff who registered for the training and does not require billing system updates or workflow changes.
