Summary
The Minnesota Department of Human Services has distributed certificates of completion to providers who attended Waiver and Alternative Care (AC) Resources and MN–ITS Training sessions in May 2026. Certificates were sent to providers' MN–ITS mailbox under their registered National Provider Identifier (NPI) and should appear in the 'Miscellaneous Received' folder under 'PRVLTR' by end of business May 20, 2026. This is an informational notification with no billing or claims processing impact.

If providers inquire about missing certificates, direct them to contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center at 651-431-2700 or 800-366-5411, option 4.
