Summary
The Minnesota Department of Human Services is offering mandatory demonstration webinars for providers selected for Disability Waiver Rates System (DWRS) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) cost reporting in 2026. Selected providers must attend one of the scheduled webinar sessions to learn how to complete required cost reporting submissions.
Action Required
By June 2, 2026: Selected DWRS and CFSS providers must attend one of the scheduled demonstration webinars. Providers should check the memo sent to the MN-ITS mailbox PRVLTR folder (sent May 22, 2026) for registration details and confirmation of selection status. DWRS sessions available June 2 and June 17, 2026. CFSS sessions available June 3, July 15, and August 3, 2026. Failure to attend and complete cost reporting as instructed may result in non-compliance with Minnesota Health Care Programs requirements.
