Summary
The Minnesota Department of Human Services has distributed certificates of completion to providers who attended the June 2-3, 2026 Waiver and Alternative Care (AC) Resources and MN–ITS Training sessions. Certificates were sent to providers' MN–ITS mailboxes under their registered National Provider Identifier (NPI) and should be accessible by end of business June 5, 2026 in the 'Miscellaneous Received' PRVLTR folder.
Action Required
By June 5, 2026: Providers who completed the June 2-3 Waiver and AC Resources and MN–ITS Training should check their MN–ITS mailbox under 'Miscellaneous Received' in the PRVLTR folder to retrieve their certificate of completion. No billing system updates are required. This is informational only regarding training certificate distribution. If certificates are not received, contact the Minnesota Health Care Programs Provider Resource Center at 651-431-2700 or 800-366-5411, option 4.
