Summary
Minnesota's MN-ITS login system transitioned to LoginMN on June 13, 2026. All SFTP users must register with LoginMN, create a new password, and wait 15 minutes before accessing SFTP accounts. The new LoginMN password serves as the password for all SFTP accounts, while SFTP usernames remain unchanged.
Action Required
By June 28, 2026: All billing team members with SFTP access to Minnesota health care program systems must complete LoginMN registration using their email address as the new LoginMN username, set a new password during registration, and wait 15 minutes before attempting to access any SFTP accounts. Update internal documentation to reflect that the LoginMN password is now the master password for all SFTP accounts while SFTP usernames have not changed. Verify all team members can successfully access SFTP accounts after the 15-minute waiting period. Failure to register will result in loss of access to SFTP accounts needed for claims submission and eligibility verification.
