Summary
Minnesota Health Care Programs providers must transition from direct MN–ITS access to accessing the system through LoginMN starting June 13, 2026. Current users must complete email and phone number validation before the migration date and follow new LoginMN access procedures. Do not attempt to use LoginMN for MN–ITS access until after the scheduled move is complete.
Action Required
By June 13, 2026: Billing team must complete MN–ITS email and phone number validation process by locating and responding to the validation email from Minnesota Health Care Programs (check spam/junk folders if not in inbox). Review the 'Accessing MN–ITS through LoginMN' video and provided instructions to understand the new LoginMN portal access process. DO NOT attempt to access MN–ITS through LoginMN before June 13, 2026. Update staff credentials and access procedures in your systems documentation once the migration is complete. Failure to validate credentials before the deadline may result in loss of access to MN–ITS after the cutover date.
