Action Required
Before December 1, 2025: Update billing system to flag codes 38232, 0565T, 0566T, 0717T, 0718T, C8003, E0738, and E0739 as non-covered for Humana Medicare Advantage plans. Train billing staff to identify these procedures and inform patients of non-coverage. Update encounter forms to alert providers that these services will not be reimbursed.
