Action Required
By July 1, 2018: All staff must transition from fax to online prior authorization submissions via AHCCCS Online Provider Portal. Register for training at ProviderTrainingFFS@azahcccs.gov before the deadline. Update workflows to use online portal for PA requests and status checks. After August 1, 2018, fax responses will be discontinued. Exception: Continue using fax only during internet outages with required PA Request Form.
