By June 1, 2020: Arizona providers should prepare to transition to the new AHCCCS Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP) for enrollment updates and license uploads. Direct Care Worker Agencies must prepare for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) implementation in summer 2020 and attend all upcoming EVV meetings. Review consolidated telehealth and behavioral health billing guidance now located in AHCCCS Medical Policy Manual sections 320-I and 310-B instead of separate training manuals.
