By February 2, 2026: Billing team must update system to recognize new HCPCS code J3387 for Skysona gene therapy billing. All requests require prior review by medical director and must be coordinated with Corporate Transplant Department at 1-866-421-5663. This affects only rare CALD cases in pediatric males.
