Action Required
Before May 1, 2026: Billing team must update systems to deny all Cranial Electrical Stimulation claims for Humana Medicare Advantage patients. Notify providers that CES devices (Alpha-Stim AID, Cervella, CES Ultra, Elexoma, Genesis Sleep, Modius Sleep) are not covered for any indication. Update pre-authorization systems to automatically deny CES requests as medically unnecessary.
