Summary
AHCCCS has extended the registration deadline for referring, ordering, prescribing and attending (ROPA) providers to January 1, 2022 or the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency, whichever comes later. Additional guidance will be released in June 2021 to help providers meet this extended deadline.
Action Required
By January 1, 2022: All referring, ordering, prescribing and attending providers must complete ROPA registration with AHCCCS. Monitor for additional guidance to be released in June 2021. Visit the AHCCCS ROPA web page for registration requirements. Failure to register may result in disruptions to AHCCCS member care.
