AHCCCS has issued critical guidance for the Transaction Insight Portal (TIBCO/TI) where providers selecting 'Non-Person Entity (2)' must leave the Provider First Name field completely blank, or their attachments will not link to claims and will be denied for missing documentation. The policy also provides updated training schedules and contact information for Fee-for-Service programs including AIHP, TRBHA, and Tribal ALTCS.

Immediately: All staff using the Transaction Insight Portal (TIBCO/TI) must ensure that when selecting 'Non-Person Entity (2)' as the Provider Entity Type Qualifier, the Provider First Name field is left completely blank. Update portal submission procedures and train staff on correct data entry to prevent claim denials for missing documentation.
