Summary
Priority Health has introduced PHP TPA cards that provide access to Priority Health's network through the Cigna Strategic Alliance. Members with these cards should be treated like Cigna members, with claims submitted to Cigna using payer ID 62308, but eligibility and authorization requests go through PHP TPA Services.
Action Required
Before January 1, 2027: Front desk staff must learn to identify PHP TPA member cards (showing Priority Health, Cigna, and PHP logos). Update billing system to use Cigna payer ID 62308 for PHP TPA claims submission. Train staff to call 800.551.7334 for PHP TPA eligibility checks and prior authorizations instead of using Cigna numbers. Set up access to TPServices.VBAGateway.com for eligibility verification.
