By April 17, 2026: Billing team and authorization staff should familiarize themselves with the new contact detail management feature in Predictal. When submitting pre-authorizations transferred from Availity Essentials, update the Provider page in Predictal to specify appropriate phone, fax, or mailing addresses for notifications as needed for your facility's workflow.
