Summary
Effective August 3, 2026, Highmark Delaware is transitioning to the CertifyOS platform for all provider credentialing and recredentialing processes. Professional providers will continue using CAQH but will be redirected to CertifyOS, while organizational providers must use new CertifyOS applications directly.
Action Required
Before August 3, 2026: Professional providers must complete CAQH registration and Initial Credentialing Request Form, then follow prompts to CertifyOS portal. Organizational providers must complete new CertifyOS applications located on Provider Resource Center under Provider Network > Credentialing > Organizational Credentialing. Prepare required documents in PDF format including NPI, CAQH ID, DEA number, board certification, liability insurance proof, email, resume/CV, and SSN. Do not treat Highmark members or submit claims until credentialing notification is received.
