Summary
AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) is requiring all providers to complete re-registration in their new Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP) before the COVID-19 public health emergency ends. Providers who don't complete re-registration will need to undergo full re-validation or face enrollment termination.

Immediately: Providers who received written invitations must complete re-registration in the AHCCCS Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP) using their 14-digit application ID. Create user account, verify converted data accuracy, and submit any updates directly through APEP instead of paper forms.
