Nevada Medicaid will implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Provider Web Portal and PASRR users in fall 2024. This will require providers to use their username, password, and a mobile device verification code to access Nevada Medicaid systems.

Before fall 2024 implementation: Ensure all staff who access Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal have mobile devices available for verification codes.
