All online services including eligibility verification, claims submission, prior authorization system, and phone support will be down during this period.

Before October 18, 2024 at 5 p.m. PT: Billing team must complete all Nevada Medicaid eligibility verifications, prior authorizations, and claims submissions. Verify patient eligibility in advance for appointments scheduled October 21-22. Plan alternative workflows for the weekend as no Medicaid systems, phone support, or real-time verification will be available until October 21.
