By January 2025: All Nevada Medicaid providers must set up Multi-Factor Authentication for Provider Web Portal access. Choose one method: mobile app (OKTA Verify or Google Authenticator), text message, or voice call. Monitor for detailed setup instructions to be posted by December 2024. Failure to set up MFA will prevent portal access for claims submission and administrative functions.
