Summary
Nevada Medicaid is expanding provider enrollment for a new Justice Involved Reentry Initiative effective January 1, 2025, allowing specific provider types to offer EPSDT screening and targeted case management services to eligible juveniles within 30 days of release from incarceration. Eight provider types including physicians, APRNs, psychologists, and behavioral health providers are now eligible to enroll for these services.

Nevada providers only: If your practice includes eligible provider types (physicians, APRNs, PAs, psychologists, dentists, or behavioral health providers) and you wish to serve justice-involved juveniles, review Web Announcement 3409 and the Justice Involved Reentry Program page to determine if enrollment is appropriate for your practice. This is optional enrollment for a specialized population.
