Summary
Nevada Medicaid is implementing a new provider enrollment system called Provider Flex in phases from April to July 2025, replacing the current online provider enrollment tool. Each provider type will be migrated at different times and will receive direct communication with access links when their phase begins.
Action Required
When notified of your provider type's implementation phase (April-July 2025): Check email for Provider Flex access link and complete any pending enrollments, revalidations, or updates in the new system. The old enrollment tool will automatically redirect to Provider Flex during your phase.
