Nevada Medicaid has clarified that providers cannot make ownership changes through the Electronic Verification System (EVS) during revalidation or updates. All ownership changes must now be submitted as new Initial Enrollment applications using the Online Provider Enrollment (OPE) tool through a Change of Ownership (CHOW) process.
