Summary
Nevada Medicaid is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Provider Web Portal and PASRR users starting January 22, 2025. Providers must select one of three authentication methods: mobile app, text messages, or voice call to continue accessing the portal.
Action Required
By January 22, 2025: All staff accessing Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal must enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication by selecting one method: mobile app (OKTA Verify or Google Authenticator), text messages, or voice call. Review updated EVS User Manual and training videos on Nevada Medicaid YouTube channel for enrollment process. Failure to set up MFA will prevent portal access for eligibility verification and claims management.
