Summary
Nevada Medicaid is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all providers accessing the Provider Web Portal and PASRR system starting January 22, 2025. Each user must register for their own individual account with their own phone number or authentication method - shared accounts will no longer be allowed.
Action Required
By January 22, 2025: All Nevada Medicaid providers must set up individual MFA accounts for the Provider Web Portal. Billing team and providers must verify they have personal (not shared) accounts and register as delegates if needed. Review EVS User Manual Chapter 1 and Nevada Medicaid YouTube training videos. Failure to set up MFA will result in loss of access to the portal for eligibility verification and billing functions.
