Summary
Nevada Medicaid now requires all individual Provider Type 93 (Substance Use Treatment) providers to be linked to an active PT 93 group - they cannot operate independently. Individual providers have 60 days from enrollment approval to establish this group linkage or face contract termination.
Action Required
Within 60 days of enrollment approval: Individual Provider Type 93 (Substance Use Treatment) providers must log into the Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal and submit an update request to link to an active PT 93 group. Navigate to My Home page > Provider Services > Revalidate-Update Provider link > Provider Locations > Update Provider. Failure to establish group linkage will result in contract termination.
