Summary
Nevada Medicaid will mail 1099-Misc forms for the 2024 tax year to providers by January 31, 2025. Providers who opted for electronic delivery will no longer receive paper forms and must download them through the Electronic Verification System (EVS).
Action Required
By January 31, 2025: Nevada Medicaid providers should verify their correct mailing address is on file using the Revalidate-Update Provider function in the Provider Web Portal. Providers who elected electronic delivery must use the EVS Report Download feature to obtain their 1099 forms instead of receiving them by mail.
