Summary
Effective January 22, 2025, all Nevada Medicaid providers must enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the Provider Web Portal. Providers without MFA enrollment will be locked out of the portal completely.
Action Required
By January 22, 2025: All providers must immediately enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal access. Contact Gainwell Customer Service at (877) 638-3472 for enrollment assistance and refer to Web Announcement 3502 for training materials. Failure to enroll will result in complete loss of portal access for claims submission, eligibility verification, and other essential functions.
