Summary
Nevada Medicaid has fixed a system error where add-on codes were incorrectly denying when billed with primary codes or incorrectly paying when billed alone. Claims with affected add-on codes dating back to February 2019 will be automatically reprocessed, with results appearing on future remittance advice.
